Live Viewing.

Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you could help me. the problem i am having is finding a better way to live view cameras form a NVR.
Currently the client runs a HDMI over Cat6 KVM extender from the NVR to a monitor in their office. I was wondering if anyone knows of a better solution to do the live viewing execpt for the IVMS program.

That method is generally considered the least expensive, least involved method therefore usually the best method.

Another but more expensive and involved method, is to access the NVR from a PC over the LAN and either open the NVR's embedded webGUI using the PC's browser or install a compatible client/VMS on the PC to view the cameras.
