I don't think anyone has recommended a fiber optic media convertor. Fiber optic can be run miles with the right hardware. Keep in mind you still need to figure out power needs. Buy two gig media convertors 150 meters of fiber optic and go to town. From your core switch run CAT6 into the first convertor, then run your fiber out to where you need your cameras. Plug the fiber into the second media convertor and then into a camera or a switch with enough ports to support your camera needs.
