Looking for a good 1440p or 4k camera to put in the studio on my internet radio station Phat Beats Radio

I run a internet radio station Phat Beats I am looking for a good camera put in the studio and stream it over the internet

here are the specs I am looking for im a camera

1440p or 4k
60fps would be nice it is my price range
Can focus on stuff 30 to 85 feet away
Good Low light
Decent night vision
80% of use will be indoor
Stream video and audio over the internet
Under $200

I do not need a 4k camera that can do like 40k bitrate like here are two examples I love would to get a camera like these I can not afford $500+ for a camera
I just a decent camera that be a decent amount better than those $60 to $150 Logitech webcams. I have 3 webcams they all suck I c920 1080p looks like it is 5500 to 6000 bitrate and it is a tiny bit pixelated.
