Looking for a russian vms archive

Hello Friends,
About A year ago I've stumbled upon a site that had an VMS archive of versions from the past few years and also comments about which nvr's are supported in each versions (They've removed support for hikvison in latest versions).
I would be happy if someone knows what site I'm referring to and can post a link to it.
