Looking for Flash backup of Dlink DCS-960L

Happy new Year.

Is there someone who has a 1:1 backup of the 32Mbit flashdevice of a Dlink DCS-960L.
I have some Dlink DCS-8200 and want to try to change the flash chip to make a DCS-960 out of a DCS-8200.
