Looking for good wide angle M12 mount lens, 2.1mm - 2.8mm

I'm looking for wide angle M12 mount lens between 2.1mm to 2.8mm to replace the stock 4mm lens in my 3MP Hikvision cameras. I believe I should look for IR corrected lens that is designed for megapixel cameras for lower distortion.

There are many choices on ebay, but there's no way of telling their quality. Can anyone recommend a source of decently priced quality lens?

I have the 3MP Swann cameras from Costco, the rebranded Hikvision DS-2CD2032.
