I have one more camera to buy.... a doorbell cam.

Ideally it would be POE, I ran cat6 to the doorbell.... and also have the standard doorbell as well. I would like to be able to listen and talk as well.

Which doorbell camera has proven itself and be compatible with Blue Iris?
 
I cooked up one myself using Hikvision's ColorVu 4K camera, a 170 degree zigbee PIR sensor and an Aqara zigbee button as the doorbell button, integrated into Apple HomeKit by Scrypted, using HomePod as the chime, HomeKit Secure Video for online recording storage. You can use two-way talking directly in the iPhone Home app
