Looking for POE splitter with feedthru power

I have an application where I want to draw some power mid-way to the camera on the same line. I want to power an IR illuminator some 20 ft (as the wire travels) or so before the POE camera.

I found this device, https://www.phihong.com/pdf/POE21_user_manual.pdf that let's me do it, but requires a Ultra POE injector, where my POE switch is not ultra. This would work, but not ideal for me.

Just curious if there are other devices out there that may work also. Or if anyone has successfully modified a regular splitter to jump power between the RJ45 jacks on a passive POE splitter.

Also interested in 5V and 24V versions for other applications.

Nayr, not quite, they don't have power feed thru, which is the unique feature I wish to exploit.

just power the camera off its 12v input along with your illuminator.
