Lorex LHV2000

I recently moved my business to a new building that had a Lorex LHV2000 DVR w/ 7 cameras installed already. I have been trying to set up the 3 different motion detect sensitivity/thresh color regions. In my old building the system I had you could go back and view which region actually detected and trigger the motion alert and adjust the regions/settings to reduce false detections. Does anyone have any experience with this Lorex model or know which direction to lead me in?
