Lorex Nocturnal DVR

I have a fairly new Lorex Nocturnal DVR, can I add the Empire Techs 5442 cameras to it OR....... Can I buy a Hikvision and add to that and if so, what 16 channel Hikvision DVR would you recommend? Thank you

With the 5442s, I would recommend a EmpireTech NVR in the 5000's series.
That said, Lorex is a rebranded Dahua, and it should work with the cameras.
