Lorex NVR doesnt hold time. Keeps changing after few hours to 13hrs ahead

Hello everyone. Been having this issue for months. Lorex tech support cant find the issue. I have reset my NVR's multiple times. I have 2 NR9326x NVR. I have set the time from both the nvr directly and via browser login and it wont hold the time. The time automatically changes to 13hrs ahead. I have tried NTP on and off and it wont fix the issue.

Has anyone had this issue or having it right now? I have about total 58 cameras between 2 NVR and switches. Need help asap. Thanks!
 
Are you running the Lorex APP on your phone?
Check the time zones in the APP, and the NVR. Make sure they are the same.

Just guessing here.
 
does the timezone displayed in the NVR UI configuration change as well? or just the time?

and are you sure the time displyed in the NVR UI is from the NVR itself? or is the time overlay displayed in the live view or recordings coming from the cams?
