Changed one LG TV to another yesterday and now cameras are lost. Checked cameras and there address is 192.168.1.2 and 192.168.1.3. NVR is at 192.168.0.186

More info needed. How do you view NVR with TV......
- Via Wi-Fi, Ethernet or HDMI?
- Is it a POE NVR and cameras are plugged directly into the NVR?
- Are you viewing cameras on the TV with a browser on the TV or an app on the TV?
- Do you know the old TV's IP address before it was replaced and what the new TV's IP address is now?
It is connected by Ethernet. Think the problem has to do with me adding another router. Currently internet is by att dsl modem router. Added a second TP wifi 7 router.. Set Att router to passthrough to new router. The TP router connects to a Net Gear 12 port switch. The cameras are wired through the attic to a POE switch. The POE switch connects to the TP router.
Deleted the cameras. Added one camera back but only why it works is if I connect the POE switch directly to the ATT router but unable to view live. Says not auto connected or auto initialized. Think my problem may be the camera is on the ATT router and the NVR is on the TP router. Finally got one camera, but have to connect the NVR and POE directly to the ATT router. Can't get both of them to work using only the TP router. Going to Fiber internet in couple of weeks and that will eliminate the ATT router.

Most AT&T DSL stuff around here is 192.168.1.XXX, modem/router itself is 192.168.1.254.
Most TP-LINK routers I've seen are 192.168.0.XXX. router's LAN itself is 192.168.0.254, some are 192.168.0.1.
@Eweneek1, why the second router? Did you just want additional Wi-Fi?
Hopefully you did not connect the TP-LINK WAN/Internet port to a LAN port on the Netgear; it'll double-NAT which can work but it'll be placed on a different subnet from the Netgear and possibly be slower.
If you just wanted an additional Wi-Fi access point you could have chosen the "AP function" in the TP-LINK if it's fairly new and if that is not an option just turn off/disable its DHCP server and assign its LAN a unique, static IP in the same subnet as the Netgear but outside of the Netgear's DHCP pool and connect a TP-LINK LAN port, not its WAN port, to a LAN port on the Netgear....the Netgear will do all the routing. Nothing is to be connected to the WAN/Internet port on the TP-LINK. The remaining, open LAN ports on the TP-LINK act as a switch and will pass traffic from the Netgear's LAN switch ports.

Just getting ready for Fiber internet install which will eliminate the ATT router/modem.. Have Passthrough activated on the ATT router. I did connect the TP wan port to the Netgear switch. All ten switch connected devices work except the NVR and cameras. Do I just leave the NVR and POE switch connected to the ATT router until Fiber is finalized.
If they work, yes.....especially since fiber is in the near future and you'll likely be getting another (different) router.
Looks like your cameras and NVR are on different subnets (192.168.1.x vs 192.168.0.x). They won’t talk to each other that way. You’ll need to get them on the same network range.
