LPR Location: Need camera / Lens advice

I am looking to add a LPR camera to capture cars leaving the culdesac.

My system uses 3MP 4mm and 12mm hikvision bullets. Would a 12mm hikvision bullet be useful in this scenario or would I need something zoomed in a little further? I feel like the angle and locationa are good but I just need some advice on the camera model and lens to use.

Get the 4mp IPC-HFW5431E-Z5 or the 2mp starlight IPC-HFW5231E-Z5 for that job. Or get one of each. I use a 4mp to capture plates and a 2mp to capture images of the vehicles / drivers.
