Sorry if this is a silly question... Today I plugged in a new LTS NVR and CMIP3042W turret camera with WDR. However, in the NVR's camera settings I see nothing about the WDR feature.
I thought WDR was something you could turn on and off. Is it just always on, or do I need to log in to the camera directly to change some settings? That seems nuts, because you couldn't easily do that once your system was installed.
EDIT: Answering my own question: looks like a lot of camera-specific settings are only accessible when you connect to the camera directly. You can make this easy by turning on the Virtual Host feature. Now I just have to look up the default login...
