So did he see your camera and turn around? also what cam is that?
The first camera, which I call Street, is set back quite a bit and it's not easy to see from the street. It's a Dahua IPC-B5442E-Z4E with an 8mm-32mm lens, and it's zoomed in pretty good. The second camera is called PH1 and it's mounted on my pump house. It's a Dahua
IPC-T5442TM-AS 3.6mm and it's mounted about five feet off the ground. It's near eye level so it's easy to see even from a distance. There's a second camera on the pump house called PH2. It's a Reolink RLC-410 and it's pretty visible as well. Then there's two Aux lights on the pump house.
I don't think MM saw the first camera on the way in, but I believe that he saw the cams and lights on the pump house and that caused him to turn around. After he turned around then he saw the street camera and waved at it. The street cam didn't pick up the wave because it's zoomed in and can't see off to the side.
I believe that the visibility of the equipment on my pump house has repelled a lot of people. I've seen people walk half way up my driveway and turn around, and I've seen cars drive half way up, pause, and then back out. Not long ago I saw a motorcycle come half way up the driveway and then struggle to get turned around.
