Microphone recommendations

Hello!

I'm looking for recommendations for exterior microphones to use with Hikvision PoE bullets and PoE+ PTZ's. They need to have good quality sound and be reasonably priced. I'd like to know what you're using and (based on your experience) what you'd do differently now.

There are a couple threads around here I've posted in about MICS. I have some cheap ebay ones and they pick up very nicely. Look around and you should find my posts.
