Mini PTZ v2: Blank screen in web ui when accessing remote?

I noticed this before, but didn't pay attention because I rarely used web ui, now I need it and I am wondering if this is a bug or I need to port forward something...

I can see the live stream in camera web ui when I am accessing via LAN ip, but using WAN (external) ip I get blank (black) screen in live view in all 3 v2 cams I have. Can someone else please try and let me know before I start raising hell with Huisun again?

Anyone? I am almost positive it's a bug, because v1 works fine using the same port forwarding.

Did you open 554 for version 1? Version 2?

Of course, I can access rtsp stream from any another app except Web ui

Reminds me that I needed Firefox to fully log in and change settings in the webui...IE would appear to do so, but settings changes didn't stick, nearly forgot all about that.

Solved this. In case someone else runs into it. I have different external ports pointing to default ports for Huisun and you need to enable two things. RTSP authentication set to basic and set Port mapping to Manual and assign your external ports. All done.
