Most cameras disconnect after opening BI app

My AT&T modem/router failed and was replaced. I just finished reallocating the cameras’ IP addresses and setting up port forwarding in the router settings. Blue Iris iOS app was giving me some problems so I deleted and reinstalled. It seems to be working fine now, but whenever I open the app all of my older Dahua cameras disconnect. My one newer Dahua camera and Uniden wifi doorbell cam stay connected. After a few minutes the cameras reconnect but if I open the BI app again the same thing happens.
I know the cameras are connected before I open the app because there is recorded activity minutes before I try connecting.
How could the app be causing this?
