Motion detection too sensitive

Anyone else find motion detection too sensitive on hikvision ip cameras even on 20%? A tiny plant barely moving in the wind sets it off constantly. Set it to lowest % and it seems nothing is ever detected (maybe that turns it off?)

For comparison, on the same dvr I have several hikvision turbo hd analog cameras. The motion detection works flawlessly. Set to 2/10 and it ignores anything that moves in the wind, even big branches, yet picks up when somebody walks by.

I find mine is sensitive when it's night time bugs seem to be attracted to the infrared light besides that it's ok on 40%
Have you set the motion screen where you block out trees and so on ??

Use the line detection.

Ive been dealing with the same issue for a while now, 2 is too sensitive and 1 gives you nothing even with a full screen of trigger boxes and full motion.
