I am considering building a custom surveillance system for my home (vs an off the shelf package).
Just for fun, I would also like to add a sky camera since the framework will already be in place.
My question is, how sensitive does the motion tracking get? If I had a camera that could pick up satellites passing by, would the low settings be able to trigger recording?
I had planned on building a stand alone device running open cv (motion tracking) powered by a raspberry pi, but it looks like BI would be the perfect substitute for this.
