Moved into a new home with 3 Lorex E896AB H Series, H16 IP cameras already installed. Can I use them without buying a Lorex NVR?

I just moved into a house where the previous owner left 3 cameras which he had installed around the perimeter of the home. The cameras are Lorex (E896AB H Series, H16 - 4K Deterrence Bullet AI PoE IP Wired Camera). When I plug them into my POE switch, they power on and even show up when looking in the 'DMSS' android app, so I have their IP and Serial Number (which I think might be the DeviceID). However, when I try to add them to the Lorex Home app it asks me to connect first to the camera's local Wifi broadcast before I am able to do so. I believe the only way I can get it to broadcast mode is to get on a ladder to get to the cameras and try to find the reset button to hard-reset it (these are up in the eves)

Does anyone know if I'll be able to use these cameras in Blue Iris (RTSP or ONVIF), or if they are only going to be able to be re-used if I purchase a Lorex NVR that might "auto detect, and add" them and then I can add that NVR to the "Lorex Home" app?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks!

You might be right.
But the experts around here might chime in and know a work around.
From what ive seen in the Forums over the years...Lorex was at one time using Dahua as the manufacturer. and those cams acted like a standard Dahua when adding to Blue Iris. with default IP address of 192.168.1.108
but if your seeing them on DMSS thats hopeful.
Lot of folks here have added a Lorex cam to Blue Iris.

Thank you so much, I was indeed able to simply scan for ONVIF cameras using Blue Iris and all 3 of them showed up and allowed me to configure and use them. I think the previous owner might not have changed the default admin username/password, so I think that helped allow them to be used as well.
