Moving Blue Iris

I'm trying to move my install to a new PC but it won't accept my valid license. I've emailed Blue Iris support three times with no response. I didn't want to uninstall it from my old PC until I had it up and running on the new. Is it possible that since the license is still in use on the old PC that it can't be use on the new?
 
You have to deactivate Blue Iris on your old PC and then activate it on your new installation...

Blue Iris Options > About > Deactivate
 
Thank you very much for your help, I suspected that I couldn't use the license twice but didn't realize I could deactivate and have it revert to an evaluation license. That eliminated my fear that I would have no cameras while I was transitioning. Thanks again!
