OK-- aside from the histrionic terroristic liberal--- just exactly HOW does the 911 system get manipulated to generate a fake address (of the SWATTing victim) to the dispatcher?? How in the hell is that possible?

Pretty much the same way a VPN works. Phreaking/hacking.
Ever get a spam call from a collector, or other scam? They change their phone numbers to whatever they want. Pretty much the same thing. Spoofing numbers, etc..
