Hello All,

Great forum, I've learned quite a bit since registering...thanks!

My question is, anybody familiar with this particular model? I am looking to unlock the motion tracking features, and would like to upgrade it's firmware (I just can't seem to find a relational number on Hikvision's support site). It's a 1.3mp Speed Ball camera with 20x optical zoom (purchased on Ebay). I asked the seller for an update and they couldn't seem to provide a straight answer (after contacting their Chinese supplier).

Hi. If you try googling the model number and contact the company in the first link, cctv-ptz or something They appear to be the manufacturer, try emailing them and see if they can help.

Yeah, I tried Googling the model number...and couldn't find too much on it (2 hits...plus two more additional hits now from this indexed conversation)

I was just hoping that maybe someone on the boards had the same hardware (and could provide some insight). The original listing on Ebay listed DTMY-67H-DB as the model number...

Just realized this post is from 2015, but if any help, it's made by Maxia/Axia which is some kind of sister/child company of Sentry Security Systems INC. I'm pretty sure that like 90% of IP cams are made by Hikvision anyway, this one being no different as when I request support for Maxia (I install Sentry from time to time) I get Hikvision resources.
