it had a huge rain fall here over last few days, water got inside the camera, whilst the camera is still working on zooming in and out the rotating mechanism is not working.
anyone know how to fix this?
got it all pulled apart drying.
 
Which components were in water? Boards, motors? Boards I would soak them in 99% IPA and then I would dry them.
 
camera looked ok, just the board in the top part was wet with the other board below it.
i put it all together again after drying it, resealed it properly this time using sikaflex, this time i aint gonna get water in it. i found a seal had been pinched during manufacture assembly and i think thats where the water got in. tested and it is working ok again now so im lucky i guess.
