Greetings! I have a new Dahua N42BJ62 camera that I can't seem to get upgraded to the latest firmware. It currently has 2.800.0000000.19.R, Build Date: 2020-06-28 and I have downloaded DH_IPC-HX2XXX-Molec_MultiLang_NP_USA_V2.820.0000000.49.T.230625 but when I try to flash it, the upgrade process goes nowhere. What should my next steps be?
