Native Chinese Hikvision DS-2DE3204W-DE

I purchased a native Chinese Hikvision DS-2DE3204W-DE Mini PTZ cam. Firmware 5.3.13. It works with my Synology NAS.

But I want to remote configure the cam with IVMS-4200. But the software says "Language mismatch between the device and client". Web-Frontend of the Hikvision is Chinese. This is ok if I can use IVMS.

Can anyone help me what to do with the camera? I understand that there is a firmware downgrader, but I don´t know if I can use it.

I was looking to purchase this camera too but the chinese firmware really put my off on this. I can't believe Hikvision still has not made a english 4x mini-ptz yet. :rolleyes-new:

spoke to HikVision UK about this and they told me distributors should start receiving stock in about 2 months, resellers soon after that .
