Need a cam with a high bitrate!

None of them mention their bitrate. I need the footage to actually look good, be 1080p or higher with a good bitrate. 5Mbps+. Any recommendations?

The Dahua 2MP starlights will do 4 Mbps with H.265 or double that with H.264.

@Meow92 is confusing bitrate with quality images; there are many factors, besides bitrate, that go into producing quality images.
