Need a camera to capture image at x time and sent it to email or cell

i need a camera for inventory control to capture an image after store hours and sent it to my email or cellphone so I can compare inventory to what the cashier reports at the end of the day. Can it be done? Also one that can be triggered to take a picture everytime someone walks in the store and then send all pictures taken to an email or I can access the images to count how many known customers walked in a certain day.
