I have a need for a windows IP camera app that can perform
PTZ tour with multiple presets
each preset will have the capability to perform
have up to 4 individual zones
each zone
simple object recognition (or not)
distinct color recognition (or not)
alert on each zone with unique descriptor
OCR (plans in the future)
