My dad has an analog Speco system at his home, and needs a camera in his barn which is about 600' from his home. He wants wireless. I found this on Ebay:

It looks like it only has A/V output. Is there any sort of A/V to Coax converter that would allow him to record from this cam to the Speco DVR? Thanks for any help

Unless you have an amateur radio license it's illegal to use that camera / transmitter in the US. Max output power at that frequency is limited by the FCC at 30 dBm (1 watt). Even at that power rating I would be surprised to see a decent picture at 185m with rubber ducky antennas.

Lookup BNC to RCA adapters.

Best bet is convert him over to an IP system or get a tri-brid NVR that will support his current cameras and then you can add IP cameras at the remote barn with a wireless bridge.
