Need a Plug-In or AcitveX component

Hi,
I am a programmer and I need either a library, ActiveX component or a Plug-In to be able to embed in my language and be able to connect to an Ip camera and show its stream in the windows of the software I am developing. Preferably free and 64 bits. Does anyone know where to download this. This is my software
Actually i use Viscomm but i too heavy, RevueltaSIP.png

Most modern cameras and browsers support RTSP streams, so why would you need anything special?

I need a component to embed in my programming language in order to develop software that allows me to take the image and save it in a SQL database or save this image in a file. Currently I use Viscomm but it has the problem that is slow to make the connection to an IP camera using the RTSP protocol to connect to 8 cameras takes 13 seconds, I can also use VLC which is faster takes only 1 second to connect the same 8 cameras but does not have the functionality of Viscomm so I need another component, if necessary I will buy it.RevueltaSIPComp.png
