Need bullet model recommendations

I haven't been keeping up with the new Dahua models and need a recommendation for a family member residential install. My old 1.3 MP bullet-style cameras (HFW2100) have treated me well, but I'd like to hear if there's something newer in the $100 range that I should move to for this latest install. What I don't like about the 2100 is the IR halo/ghosting, everything else is ok for my needs.

I'm trying to convince them to use the IPC-HDW5231R-Z, but it's a little out of budget. PTZ is not a requirement.

The BlueIris server is an i5-3470 with 8 GB ram on Win10Pro. SSD primary drive, HDD for video storage.
