Need dimensions for rack mount screw pattern on sides of unit - DS-7204HUHI-F1/N

Going to make a mount but I'm not near the device. Does anyone have an older "DS-7204HUHI-F1/N" who can measure the 4 screw hole pattern on the sides of the unit?

I also have 12.4" as the length of the unit.
