need to update firmware its 36x optical n12 x digital zoom , camera is having focus problem , verifocal not working

They are not providing support, any other way

The biggest problem is if you find it or someone sends it to you, you have no idea if it is for a region locked camera or a different chipset and then you brick it, that is why we recommend from the vendor as they know what they sold you.

As far as i know its not region locked..but i can tell which chipset it is
