Need help choosing components

Hello, im new to ip cams but have read a bit here. It seems hikvision cams and nvr with poe is a good start ? Looking to get 3-4 outdoor 4mp cams to start with and an nvr. Do I need anything else but the cat cable ? Is there any recommended supplayers ? I live in europe and need eu plug on the nvr.

what cams and nvr's are recommended ?

That nvr is not international version. You want to look for DS-7716Ni instead. The model you choose is good for up to 16 cameras so it's a bit overkill if you will only have 2. But it's good if you want to expand obviously.

Give some more info were you will be using it. Indoors or outdoors. Range etc. And other people can prob suggest some good cameras for you. And budget is good to know

Most people in europe we use aliexpress.com. It's hard to find any other decent prices.
