Over the years, I've had intermittent success getting the two-way audio to work. Sometimes it would go through reasonably clearly, other times so distorted and chunky it was useless. Other times, the microphone button would turn green only while held, others it would stay on until clicked a second time.
Now, however, the microphone button is greyed out completely. I haven't played with it in many months (probably more than a year). I'm sure something has changed over that time, both with the mobile app and with the BI server app itself.
Can someone walk me through the common settings/pitfalls to getting it to work reliably? Talk to me like I'm 2.
