i have hikvision nvr DS7732NI-SP which i got it from my friend by mistake i have put wrong firmware on it and now it does not accept my password and does not let me to enter user name.
problem is i dont know installer or distributor information from where it was bought. tried to contact Hikvision but they do not reset password for end user.
so my query is how i can reset password or recover my stock firmware.
plz help.
