Need help with plate insert on dahua api

I try to send this command cgi http://<ip>/cgi-bin/recordUpdater.cgi?action=insert&name=TrafficRedList&PlateNumber=AC00011&MasterOfCar=ZhangSan&PlateColor=Yellow&VehicleColor=Blue&BeginTime=2011-01-01%2012:00:00&CancelTime=2011-01-10%2012:00:00&AuthorityList.OpenGate=true, it registers the plate but not OpenGate=true.
