Need Quick Help, Recording not happening Suddenly

I need some quick help before leaving. I just noticed that BI is not recording suddenly for some cameras and for some unknown reason. It was recording for a full month before old recordings got deleted. The recording across the cameras are not consistent, some days the recording was skipped. All these cameras were set up at the same time. Not sure what settings are causing this.

Where to begin?

Did you try a reboot?

Have you paused them with profile 0 or accidentally paused them on another profile?

Have you confirmed you haven't had alerts flagged and thus not deleted as part of the process of overwriting?

Post screenshots of a problem camera settings?

The list goes on and on without some screenshots of settings.

Did you try a reboot?

Have you confirmed you haven't had alerts flagged and thus not deleted as part of the process of overwriting?

That all looks correct.

Is your shield green and is it the same issue from a month ago?

Shield is green. I already changed in the setting so I can't accidentally click on it and disable. I don't know what else can be wrong that caused it records on certain days and the old recordings were gone.

Head scratcher now. I am not seeing anything off.

Maybe delete one of the cams and re-add?

What version of BI are you on?

I have it running for several weeks just to make sure everything is good but this suddenly has happened. The only thing I remember that I changed was remove Code Project AI due to high CPU usage, someone suggested to not enable for every camera.

what i don't understand is the storage setting is for every camera on BI, why some only store last few days' recordings and the others have almost 1 month of recordings.

Just because BI doesn't not show the red dots on certain days on the calendar, does not necessarily mean they are gone.
Click on a date with no red dot, do the clips appear?
Look on the HDD where video is recorded and double check whether or not they are actually there.
If they are actually still there, then Shut down BI, and it's service.
Then delete the BI database folder, restart BI and let it rebuild.

Before I delete the wrong thing, just want to make sure you asked me to delete this whole BI folder or just the "New" folder?

As I stated above, "delete the BI database folder"
I didn't say to delete anything other than that folder.
As shown in @samplenhold post.
Which would be located here: C:\BlueIris\db
Note: it's on the C drive, not the D drive you are looking at.

Just want to report that by updating BI to the critical update seems to fix the issue.
