Need to access IP camera by raspberry pi 3

Hi, I'm trying to view my HIKvision cctv camera on raspberry pi but I'm having issue on the plugin.
I'm planning to use it for an opencv for facial detection application. And accessing it to a browser displays error. Can you suggest how to resolve this?

use IE (not Edge) or Safari, Chrome/Firefox do not allow NPAPI plugins anymore.
