Hello, I have a video intercom kit consisting of: a VTH5221D monitor and a VTO2111D street front.
Both are updated to the latest version and connected through ConfigTool.
When I make a call from the VTH to the VTO everything goes perfectly, but when I call from the VTO to the VTH I have no image and after about 10 seconds the call is cut off and it tells me: Network abnormal. Video connect timeout.
Any idea how to solve this?

Hola, tengo un kit de videoportero compuesto por: un monitor VTH5221D y un frente de calle VTO2111D.
Ambos estan actualizados a la ultima version y conectados mediante ConfigTool.
Cuando realizo una llamada desde el VTH al VTO todo va perfecto, pero cuando llamo desde el VTO al VTH no tengo imagen y en pasados unos 10 segundos se corta la llamada y me indica: Network abnormal. Video connect timeout.
Alguna idea de como solucionar esto??
