IIRC, Amcrest cameras are Dahua cameras that have been rebranded.
If you need something that does really really well in low-light, check out the Starlight series of cameras in the Dahua forum. There should be a sticky post at the top that has the different models mentioned. The IPC-HDW5231R-Z turret is pretty popular. It's varifocal (so you can zoom it in/out to whatever view works perfectly for you) and it's great in low light. It has its own review thread that's pretty long, but has a lot of uploaded pictures and videos.
