NEW CAMERA GW SECURITY

I just got a GW security camera model GW-5075MIP HD camera. Have it working now with picture. I cannot make the pan tilt zoom work. Any thoughts on how to configure would be really helpful.

looks like this camera does not pan tilt
only Motorized Zoom if you log into the webpage and set it and forget it
once you have it where you want shouldn't have to ever touch it again

P2P doesn't mean anything related to Pan, Tilt, Zoom.
