Can you please clarify which is the firmware version for the 7604NI-SE/P which is compatible with the latest 4MP cameras like the 2CD2x42 i.e. to record the video stream at the 4MP resolution?

NVR firmware 3.4.6 is meant to be for the E Series NVR DS-76xxNI-Ex/xP like yours @badmannen. @niofar is having the older series (like me) the 76xxXNI-SE/P which is not clear if it is compatible with the 3.4.6 firmware.

So the question is: does anyone having the older DS-76xxNI-SE/P has upgraded to firmware 3.4.6 successfully ?

the latest verision firmware support 4MP cam. I have the 7616NI-SE/P. before the latest update...only 748X460 something like that....but after updated. it record at 4MP.
