Is it possible to buy a new hard drive for my Hikvision DVR-4CH-TVI-5MP/P and install new software/firmware.
If so, would anyone now what the process is and where i can find the right software or is the firmware all you need?
the company who installed my cctv system are telling me i need a new recorder box which will cost £225 for the recorder and £150 for installation plus VAT.
When they originally set it up, they wanted to charge me about £150 a year for something to do with the IP address and remote viewing?
