Currently have eleven IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3 cameras working well across multiple exacq NVR systems. The cameras noted have been purchased via andy (amazon) over the last 2-3 years. Within the last 2 weeks another was purchased via amazon, and exacq is not able to connect. First time I've had this issue with bringing any cam into exacq, so I am a bit perplexed.
I've performed a 'Factory Defaults' reset of the camera via the GUI. Initially, I performed this one time (standard practice). Over time I've found that once in a blue moon, there is an ONVIF issue and one factory reset clears the issue. I experienced the intial 'can't connect' issue in exacq, so I repeated a single 'Factory Defaults' reset with no change. Recalled some users here perform 2-3 consecutive 'Factory Defaults' resets, so I performed four (4) consecutive 'Factory Defaults' resets via the GUI, with no positive results. I also manually tried resetting the ONVIF user password to eliminate it as the culprit.
I can log into the camera GUI via web browsers, with zero issues. Heck, exacq system has an embedded web browser that also successfully connects to the newest camera with no issues.
I am including the device details from both the new cam & the working cams, below. I've also included a small portion of the logs from the NVR, as well.
@EMPIRETECANDY, is it possible to install the older firmware [V3.100.0000000.5.R, Build Date: 2023-05-09], or even just the older ONVIF version [22.06(V3.1.0.1349397)] on the new camera??
