New iVMS-4500 HD v4.0.0 (Build20161207) - Full Screen, How?

Installed the new iVMS-4500 HD v4.0.0 (Build20161207) and can't figure out how to enable Live Full Screen view to see just the multi camera view without the top and bottom menus.

The old version of iVMS-4500 HD had a Enter Full-Screen Mode icon at the bottom of the Live View Screen you could click on. Any ideas? What am I missing. Thanks for any help.

I am having trouble typing when I want to add my camera on the latest iVMS-4500 HD for my iPad 2 Air. Anybody got any suggestions? iVMS-4500 Lite works fine. Thanks!
