Hi! I joined because I found many helpful threads that provided me answers and solutions in installing my new Hikvision products. The company's documentation is really not good or consistent, it's just in a mush! What makes it worst is Hikvision USA does NOT support any items sold by Amazon! Finally got my system working part way! Thanks for the helpful threads I found on this site!!!
