New video door bell recommendations

It’s a common question about a new video door bell
I need to buy a new door bell as I’m moving to a new place and my old one is already several years old-
My requirements:
WiFi, possible blue iris connectivity
No monthly fees
Two way audio
Motion alert
Weather resistant
Good video quality
Maybe face recognition??
Currently own an old EZVIZ in connection with a PTZ Dahua both get a lot of use (daily deliveries)
I tend to get a EZVIZ again but my research did not come up with anything better
Maybe anyone has a better idea - open for suggestions and brainstorming
